The actual activity of NGOs began in 2013. In the Moscow city, a group of citizens initiated the creation of a social movement “Eurasian dialogue”, the main purpose of which was to find like-minded people of the Eurasian vector of development of the post-Soviet space outside the Russian Federation.
Economic and cultural spheres were chosen as the main integration platforms. Emphasis on the qualitative composition of the movement, as opposed to mass. These steps allowed to expand the geography of movement in a relatively short time. So, already in 2014, among the supporters of the organization, there appeared citizens of all post-Soviet republics, the SCO member states, the European Union, the Middle East, and the APR as a whole.
In 2018, the leadership of the public movement decided to reformat the “Eurasian Dialogue” into a non-profit organization, continue to work in a qualitatively different legal status. At the same time, the Krasnodar Territory was chosen as a permanent base for NPOs. High population density, first place in international investment ratings, the presence of a developed logistics system, including ports, as well as the image of the assembly point of the Southern Federal District (the Crimea) - all this caused the final choice in favor of the Kuban.
